Free training camp for Mushroom production

Chandigarh, Jan 3 (UNI) Haryana Agro-Industries Corporation (HAIC) Agro-Research and Development Centre, Murthal (Sonepat) is organising a free training camp in Mushroom Production and Bee farming for the unemployed youth and farmers of the state.

Stating this here today, Haryana Agriculture and Horticulture MinisterHarmohinder Singh Chatha said the Mushroom Production and Technique Training camp was scheduled to be held from January 2 to 5 and Bee farming camp would be organised from January 8 to 11, 2008.

He said that in these camps the latest technique of mushroom production and bee farming would be provided by the scientists to the participants.

Mr Chatha said the interested candidates could apply for their registration to the in-charge HAIC- Agro-Research and Development Centre, Murthal (Sonipat) alongwith their contact numbers.

He said that the centre organised such training camps every month and during the training period free food and accomodation facilities would be also provided to the participants.

He said that the interested trained persons those who want to avail subsidy for taking Bee hubs and bee families should contact the concerned district development agency.
