Rifle, cartridges recovered from Bokaro

Bokaro, Jan 2 (UNI) Police recovered a rifle and huge amount of live cartridges during a series of raids conducted in naxal affected Getgotwa forest area under Nawadih Police Station in the district today.

Superintendent of police Priya Dubey said the rifle belonged to Giridih police which was looted by the ultras.

Besides rifle and cartridges, naxal literature was also recovered from the spot, Ms Dubey added.
