Parsvnath receives LoI for IT Park in Gurgaon
New Delhi, Jan 2 (UNI) Country's leading realty firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Haryana government to develop an IT Park in Gurgaon at the cost of Rs 650 crore.
''The company has received an LoI from the Director of Town and Country Planning, Haryana government for building an IT Park in Gurgaon with an estimated realisation of Rs 650 crore,'' a company statement said.
The project, spread over 6.8 acres, is expected to begin within three months and will be completed within the next 24 months, the statement added.
''Gurgaon is a promising area and has been developed as a hub for IT services. Through this project, we will further facilitate the increasing demand of IT sector in this region,'' company Chairman Pradeep Jain said in the statement.
City-based Parsvnath Developers already has an IT Park situated at Chennai.
