LJP to contest elections in Meghalaya

Shillong, Jan 2 (UNI) The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) today announced to field more than 20 candidates in the coming Assembly elections in Meghalaya.

In a statement issued here, the party released the names of two candidates to contest the forthcoming elections.

Clement Mawlong and Meristlla Wahlang would contest on the LJP ticket from Sohiong and Pynthormukhrah constituencies respectively, the party informed.
