BSNL initiates internet facility for bill payment in J'khand

Ranchi, Jan 2 (UNI) Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) today began its internet billing facility here.

Chief General Manager Prem Chandra told reporters here the new service enables any BSNL consumer, having a debit or credit card, to pay through intenet.

Mr Chandra said that earlier this service was available only in Andhra Pradesh and Chandigarh, and Jharkhand is the third state to enter the circle.

Ansering a query here, he said the company had targeted setting up of 1,200 new towers and provide 10 lakh mobile connections in the new year.
