BJP to announce its CM candidate before elections

Bangalore, Jan 2 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Karnataka will project its Chief Minister candidate for Karnataka before the elections to the State Legislative Assembly, BJP National President Rajnath Singh said today.

Speaking to newsmen here, he said that party will come to power in the next elections on its own. " Karnataka BJP will repeat the elections results of Gujarat Assembly results", he added.

Mr Singh said that people of Karnataka will reject both Congress and regional outfit JD(S) as they failed to protect the interests of the people of the state.

Mr Singh was here on his way to Lingasur in Raichur District, where he would address a farmers rally organised by the state unit tomorrow.
