Austrian Govt invites Dr Coonar for international symposium

Chandigarh, Jan 2 (UNI) Punjab Medical Education and Research joint director Dr PPS Coonar has been invited by the Austria Government to attend the 5th International Symposium of the Austrian Proteomics Platform in Innsbruck from January 20 to 25.

Eminent speakers in the symposium, which will deal with newer trends in Bioinformatics, include many Nobel laureates from various countries.

Dr Coonar is an expert in public health and health management. He has been a WHO Fellow to the University of Limburg, Netherlands in 1991 and holds a Masters in Health Management (Honors) from Auckland University, New Zealand.
