Actress Nisha Kothari's car runs over couple in Mumbai

Mumbai, Jan 2 (UNI) A 30-year-old woman was injured and her husband suffered minor injuries after actress Nisha Kothari's car hit them near the Santacruz airport here today.

The woman, Tina Jhampani, was later admitted to Nanavati hospital by the actress, who has promised to bear the medical expenses.

Kothari, who shot to fame with a role in Bollywood director Ram Gopal Varma's 'Sarkar', was sitting in the rear seat of the car when her driver ran the vehicle over the woman's leg.
