A BSF jawan among six injured in north Kashmir blast
Baramulla, Jan 2 (UNI) A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan was among six people injured in a militant hand grenade attack in north Kashmir this afternoon.
Official sources said militants hurled a hand grenade towards a BSF patrol party at Gulshan Nagar, Bandipora, in this district.
They said six persons, including a BSF jawan were injured in the blast. The injured were hospitalised.
This was the first militant attack in the Kashmir valley in 2008, they added.
