10 farmers on hunger strike hospitalised

Hardoi, Jan 2 (UNI) As many as 10 farmers, on a hunger strike here, were today hospitalised after their condition worsened.

They were protesting the alleged denial of ownership on their agricultural land.

Sources said 50 farmers of Malaiya village in Sandila tehsil were on a hunger strike in front of the district magistrate's office since yesterday.
