Tension at MP village

Mandsaur, MP, Jan 1 (UNI) Tension prevailed at this district's Kumhari village following arson and dispute between villagers and two mini-truck drivers after the former forcibly offloaded cattle, police said.

Angered by the villagers' act last night, the drivers attacked some villagers including a watchman.

Outraged villagers torched the vehicles and blocked the road.

Senior police officers rushed to the spot and Special Armed Force constables were stationed in the village.
