Rajnath to visit Rampur CRPF camp

New Delhi, Jan 1: BJP president Rajnath Singh will today visit the CRPF camp in western Uttar Pradesh district of Rampur where at least eight people were killed in a LeT fidayeen attack early this morning. Mr Singh will be accompanied by party vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. The two leaders will assess the situation on the ground and return to the national capital today itself.

At least eight people, including seven security personnel were killed when two armed LeT fidayeen attacked the CRPF camp in Rampur at 0300 hrs. Among those killed five were CRPF jawans, two UP policemen and one civilian.
