Godrej Ind to transfer diagnostics unit to RFCL

New Delhi, Jan 1: Godrej Industries Ltd today said it has signed an agreement to transfer its medical diagnostics business to RFCL Ltd.

''We have signed a Definitive Agreement with RFCL Ltd to transfer the medical diagnostics business as a going concern effective close of working hours on December 31, 2007,'' said a company statement.

This sale was approved by its Board on November 26, 2007. The company however did not disclose the amount involved in the transfer.
