Call money opens low at 7.10 pc

Mumbai, Jan 1 (UNI) Inter-bank call money market today opened low at 7.10 per cent as against the previous close of 7.80 per cent.

During the intra-day trading, it touched a high of 7.80 per cent and a low of 7.10 per cent.

According to the market watchers, the call rates are expected to hover around the same levels as there is tight liquidity in the system due to less capital infusion in the call money market.
