Art collector to be feted Jan 7

Bangalore, Jan 1 (UNI) The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will felicitate its Vice President and well-known art collector-cum philanthropist H K Kejriwal for preserving cultural values, on January seven.

Moscow's Nikoloi Roerich International Foundation honoured Mr Kejriwal last October for his contribution to culture and Indian National Fine arts, according to a Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan press release.

He is one of the earliest collectors of the paintings of the Nicholas Roerich and his equally illustrious son Svetasiov.
