Severe chill remains, below normal temp in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 31 (UNI) Biting chill continued in the Capital even as the minimum temperature today rose slightly to 4.7 degrees Celsius, four degree below normal.

Yesterday the minimum temperature was recorded at 4.3 degrees.

Saturday recorded the season's lowest at 3.9 degrees Celsius.
