HC allows Avinash Bhosale to fly to Bangkok
Mumbai, Dec 31 (UNI) The Bombay High Court today allowed Pune-based builder Avinash Bhosale, who came in limelight after he was arrested at the Mumbai international airport for not declaring goods worth Rs 68 lakhs, to fly to Bangkok with his family on a vacation.
Justice Amjad Sayyad also ordered Directorate of Revenue Intelligence authorities to release forthwith his passport on a condition that Mr Bhosale tenders surety worth Rs 1.5 crore.
He was granted bail by the court soon after his arrest.
Advocate Aabad Ponda informed the court that Bhosale would leave for Bangkok tomorrow with his family members and will be back by Friday.
