UP rural development department to induct 2500 RDOs

Lucknow, Dec 30 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh's Rural Development Department has decided to induct 2,500 Rural Development Officers (RDO).

Apart from new recruitments, the department has also decided to fill the vacant seats of Block Development Officer (BDO) at the earliest, official sources said today.

The department had assured to purchase new vehicles within three months, sources added.

In addition, Chief Development Officers (CDO), District Development Officers (DDO), project directors and BDOs would be provided with two security guards each.

Service rules for the RDOs would be released soon, sources informed.
