Delhi continues to shiver; min temp 4.3 deg C

New Delhi, Dec 30: The mercury rose marginally to 4.3 degrees Celsius in the capital today after dipping to the season's lowest at 3.9 degrees Celsius yesterday.

The minimum temperature recorded at 4.3 degrees was three degrees below normal. It was a mainly clear morning with the minimum visibility recorded at 500 metres. The weatherman forecasts mist or fog for tomorrow morning and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 4 degrees C.
