Rupee
today
opened
flat
at
39.42/43
against
the
US
currency
from
its
previous
close
in
a
less
active
inter
bank
foreign
exchange
(Forex)
market.
The
local
currency
was
little
changed
in
early
deals
against
the
US
Dollar,
with
trading
interest
limited
as
the
end
of
the
year
ahead,
dealers
said.
