Akshaya awarded 'DA3+' rating by CRISAL

Chennai, Dec 27 (UNI) Akshaya Homes Private Limited has been awarded 'DA3+' rating by CRISIL for the firm's track record in executing real estate projects as per specified quality levels and adhering to timely schedules.

The 'DA3+' rating has been achieved by Akshaya for its continued customer-focused initiatives and improving financial risk profile, a company release said here today.

The initiatives, include promoting customer awareness, providing assistance in customer documentation, adopting transparency in its practices with customers, and undertaking post-sale maintenance of buildings.

Its financial risk profile has improved steadily due to increasing scale of operations and high operating margins. Akshaya focuses on factors such as improving net worth, sound development strategies, significant growth in land bank lend flexibility, extent of debt funding of projects and timely completion of projects to pursue ambitious growth plans, the release added.
