PM to arrive in Goa on 2-day visit tomorrow

Panaji, Dec 26 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will arrive here on a two-day visit to Goa tomorrow.

Immediately on arrival from Delhi in the afternoon, Dr Singh will inaugurate the first phase of the Goa Broadband Network at Porvorim Secretariat Complex.

Governor S C Jamir will later host a dinner for the Prime Minister.

On Friday, Dr Singh will visit the International Centre, Goa (ICG), where he will be acquainted with the ''Goa Dialogue'' initiative to promote intellectual debate on various aspects by the ICG chairman and speaker of the state legislative assembly Pratapsingh Rane.

Dr Singh will address the convocation of the Goa University at Kala Academy before leaving for New Delhi on Friday afternoon.
