Anbazhagan urges Commission to ensure no fund misuse

Puducherry, Dec 26 (UNI) AIADMK Puducherry Secretary A Anbazhagan today urged the National Commission for Scheduled Castes to ensure that the special component fund for the welfare of Dalits was not misused.

Talking to newspersons here, Mr Anbazhagan said he had submitted a memorandum in this regard to Commission Chairman Bhutta Singh.

Mr Anbazhagan, who charged that the administration was in severe financial crisis, wanted the government to extend the monsoon session of the Assembly beginning here on January 3 to at least one week.
