Mann to 'ghero' buses owned by Badal family

Fatehgarh Sahib, Dec 25 (UNI) The Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) led by former MP, Simranjit Singh Mann would not allow buses owned by the family of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to ply in Punjab.

The party will 'gherao' the buses on the seventh of every month staring from next month, Mr Mann said while addressing a political conference here on the occasion of the 'Jor Mela'.

He claimed that the Badal family wanted to monopolise the transport business and suppress other transporters. He wanted a change in the transport policy norms.
