Hideout busted, arms and ammunition recovered in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 25 (UNI) Army unearthed a hideout and recovered a large cache of arms and ammunition in north Kashmir, a police spokesman said.

He said troops of 7 Maratha launched a search operation at Pujthala in Baniyar in Baramulla district last evening.

During the operation, the troops unearthed a hideout and recovered one Ak 47 assault rifle with four magazines, one pistol, one magazine and nine rounds, one wireless set and one antenna. However, no one was arrested, he said.
