Burglars beat elderly woman to death

Basti, Dec 25 (UNI) Masked marauders beat an aged woman to death after she raised an alarm in Parshuram area here, police today said.

Unidentified thieves stormed into the house of a goldsmith Keshav Prasad yesterday night and fatally attacked his mother Chamurta Devi (70) after she raised an alarm.

A manhunt had been launched to nab the criminals.
