Organisations going flexible with timings

New Delhi, Dec 24, 2007 : In their bid to increase productivity of employees, most Companies are turning flexible with walk-in and walk-out timings of employees instead of keeping a close watch on them as was the case earlier.

No just flexible timings employees are also being offered the choice of functioning from home.
