Timex launches outlet in Kerala
Kozhikode, Dec 24: The US-based Timex Corporation today hit the Kerala market by launching 'Time Factory,' a multi brand watch store in the city.
With this, Timex has increased its 'factory count' to 54 in the country, Timex Group India Ltd (TGIL) President Salil Sadanandan told reporters. He said international brands such as Timex, Nautica and Opex Paris would be available in the store at the Focus Mall.
The company proposed to open two more factories at Kochi by April 2008 as part of its expansion plan to have 60 more stores by the end of 2008.
The company also proposed to foray into other retail segments, including jewellery, soon, he added.
