One gets life sentence in murder case

Patna, Dec 24 (UNI) A local court here today sentenced a man to life imprisonment for killing his neighbour sixteen years ago.

Judge Ajit Kumar Sinha of the Fast Track court found Lala Sharma, a resident of Patna's Chandmari road, was guilty for committing the crime on Raju Mishtry.

Mishtry, a resident of the same locality, was shot dead by the convict in 1991.

The court also slaped a fine of Rs 2000 on the convict.
