More videography facilities in MP capital: CM

Bhopal, Dec 24 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said that initiatives would be taken to equip the Sardar Vallabhbhai Polytechnic's Applied Videography department with more facilities.

''This state's videographers are spreading the fragrance of their deftness in various institutions in the nook and corner of India,'' he said in his capacity as chief guest while addressing a day-long seminar on 'Creativity Behind the Scene' organised by the Association of Applied Videography Professionals here, an official release said.

Association President Avdhesh Pandey said that the department was training videographers since 1984.

Mr Chouhan released a Video Professionals Directory published by the Association.

City Mayor Sunil Sood presided over the function, the release added.
