Dry weather prevailed in the state

Bangalore, Dec 24 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at many places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and at a few places over North Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at most places being markedly so at a few places over North Interior Karnataka; below normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka.

Chamarajanagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 10.0 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Mainly dry weather will prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather will prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka; North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Temperature Warning: Moderate cold wave conditions likely to prevail at a few places over North Interior Karnataka during next 24 hours.

Forecast for Bangalore: Mainly clear skies. Morning fog/mist likely. Minimum temperature would be around 14 degree celsius.
