Phulbani continued to be coldest place in Orissa

Bhubaneswar, Dec 23 (UNI) Phulbani continued to be the coldest place in Orissa with minimum temperature hovering close to 8 degrees Celsius, almost seven degree below the normal, today.

Sundergarh and Jharsuguda recorded a minimum temperature of 9.9 degrees each and Sambalpur 10.6 degrees, the weather office here said.

The minimum temperature in Bhubaneswar was recorded at 14.9 degrees Celsius.

Dry weather will prevail over the state and the minimum temperature will be around 14 degrees in and around the capital city, met office sources said.
