Modi to swear in as CM on December 27

Ahmedabad, Dec 23 (UNI) Mr Narendra Modi will be sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for the third time on December 27.

Governor Naval Kishore Sharma will administer the oath of office to Mr Modi.

Senior BJP leaders including party president Rajnath Singh, L K Advani and Party in-charge of Gujarat affairs Arun Jaitley are expected to participate in the ceremony.

Before Mr Modi took reins of the government, the Election Commission is likely to issue a notification by tommorrow. The term of the current Assembly is ending on December 26.
