MLA's son arrested for attacking BSP candidate.

Nahan, Dec 23 (UNI) The police today arrested Vinay Kumar, son of Congress MLA from the Renuka assembly segment in Sirmour district on charges of attacking Prithvi Singh, BSP candidate from the constituency.

He was arrested in a case registered yesterday under sections 323, 341, 506 and 341 of the IPC.

The BSP candidate had suffered severe injuries and had to be hospitalsed.
