Jammu, Dec 23 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today demanded imposition of Governor's rule and independent observers in all the constituencies of the state when it goes for elections to the legislative Assembly next year.
Addressing a press conference here, JKNPP chairman Prof Bhim Singh said his party will write to the President, Prime Minister and the Chief Election Commission in this regard.
He expressed no faith on Congress-led coalition Government in the State, saying, ''the elections can never be held free and fair under the State Government.'' ''The independent observers,'' Prof Singh said, ''should not be government employees.'' UNI
