Former Minister Kulaste ill, hospitalised

Jabalpur, Dec 23 (UNI) Senior tribal BJP leader and former Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste has been admitted to a private hospital here after he complained of chest pain.

Mr Kulaste, who has represented Mandla in Parliament, was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Jamdar Hospital.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and state BJP President Narendra Singh Tomar visited Mr Kulaste in the hospital.

Party sources said Mr Chouhan gave directions to doctors for proper treatment of Mr Kulaste and make appropriate arrangements to send him the state capital or New Delhi if required.

Mr Kulaste complained of chest pain and restlessness when he and other senior leaders had gone to take part in a programme at Barha village near Jabalpur.
