Sacrifice on idul-Zuha creates tension, 6 detained

Siddharthnagar, Dec 22 (UNI) Tension gripped the Dharam Singhwa area of the city, following a clash between two communities over animal sacrifice on the occasion of Id-ul-Zuha here today.

The incident took place at village Mushara, where three huts of a particular community were set ablaze as aftermath of the clash.

There, however, was no casualty reported, police said.

Meanwhile, six people had been detained and were being interrogated.

Police in strength had been deployed to prevent any untoward incident.
