Conductor killed as bus runs over

Chennai, Dec 22 (UNI) A conductor of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation was killed when a government bus ran over him at Polur bus depot in Tiruvannamalai district this morning.

Police said the conductor D Raja was standing before the bus when the driver started the bus for testing when the mishap occurred.

Due to poor visibility, the driver did not see Raja standing before it.
