99 trainee officers pass out from 'INS Zamorin'

Kannur, Dec 22: Ninety-nine trainee officers, including 23 women, passed out of 'INS Zamorin', after a 20-week-long training session here today.

Southern Naval Command Chief of Staff Rear Admiral Sunil Lanba took the salute at the passing out parade.The Admiral presented the 'Overall Order of Merit' to Cadet Ram Kishan of Rajasthan and Chief of the Naval Staff Trophy to best women trainee to Sub Lieutenant Saritha Nagayach of Bhopal.

Addressing the cadets he wished them an exciting and rewarding times ahead and advised them to develop character and wisdom.
