Sugar prices remain flat on moderate demand

Navi Mumbai, Dec 21 (UNI) Wholesale sugar prices today remained steady at Rs 1,326 per quintal on small demand by bulk consumers in the face of sufficient ready stocks, traders at the Bombay Sugar Merchant's Association said.

Following are the spot wholesale rates per quintal: Small grade: Rs 1,326/1,375, Medium grade: Rs 1,375/1,460.

Ex-mill Small grade: Rs 1,310/1,345 and Medium grade: Rs 1,360/1,430.
