New Delhi, Dec 21 (UNI) The BJP today charged the CPM of feeling insecure with its growing popularity, refering to the CPM's comment in its mouthpiece People's Democracy that BJP was going back to basics of aggessive communal polarisation.

"This precisely reflects the complete insecurity and frustration of the CPM, in face of the growing popularity of the BJP," party spokesman Prakash Javadekar said.

He said that in fact the CPM was going back to its "basics of Stalinism" which was witnessed what its cadre did in Nandigram and behaved with Bangladesh writer Tasima. It was nothing less than the state terrorism, he added.

Refering to the use of terms like "Racapture of Nandigram" and "Celebrating the victory in Nandigram" which displayed the CPM's mindset, Mr Javadekar asked the CPM to tell the people what its cadres were celebrating after staging a massacre in Nandigram.

The CPM, he said, was worried about how the CBI report got leaked and not for violations of human rights and continued terrorism in Nandigram.
