'Chaitanya Yatra' from Dec 20

Tirupati, Dec 18 (UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) will organise 'Chaturyuga bandham - Bakthi Chaitanya Yatra' from December 20 to propagate dharmic values, devotion and fraternity in the society.

TTD Chairman B Karunakara Reddy told reporters here that the 'Yatra' would proceed from Alipiri in radhams symbolising three yugas-- Narasimha Radham (Krithayuga), Sri Rama Radham (Thretha Yuga) and Sri Krishna Radham (Dwapara Yuga).

'Narisimha Radham' would traverse through Chittoor, Nellore, Prakasam, Guntur, Krishna, West Godavari, East Godavari districts and reach Simhachalam on February 4, 2008, covering 1086kms in 49 days.

Srirama Radham would proceed through Chittoor, Kadapa, Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar, Rangareddy, Medak, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Kareemnagar, Warangal and Khammam districts before reaching Badrachalam on February 14, covering 1516kms.

Srikrishna Radham would cover 1339 kms along Chittoor, Anantapur, Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Krishna districts before reaching Movva Kshetram on February 10, Mr Reddy added.
