The
second
and
final
phase
of
polling
in
India's
western
Gujarat
state
saw
more
than
60
percent
voters'
turnout
on
Sunday,
December
16th.
Independent
poll
panel
said
that
at
least
63
to
65
percent
voting
took
place
in
the
11
districts
spread
across
95
constituencies
amid
tight
security.
In spite of the tight security, clashes broke out between BJP and Congress workers at Himatnagar constituency in central Gujarat. Two political activists were injured in the violence.
