BHEL inks JV agreement with NTPC

New Delhi, Dec 17: Power equipment major Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) today inked a pact with country's largest power producer NTPC Ltd to set up a joint venture company for executing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects in the sector.''A joint venture agreement between the company and NTPC Ltd has been singed on December 17, 2007 for establishment and operation of joint venture company for taking up EPC business,'' a company statement said.
