Bangla Chief Adviser, Army Chief proceed for Haj

Dhaka, Dec 16 (UNI) Bangladesh caretaker government Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed and Army Chief Moeen U Ahmed today left here for Jeddah, on way to Makkah, to perform Haj.

A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Air Ltd, carrying the Chief Adviser and his entourage, took off at 1015 hrs (local time) from Zia International Airport.

Dr Ahmed is scheduled to return on December 24.
