ISB, Govt join hands to help innovators
Hyderabad, Dec 14 (UNI) The Indian School of Business (ISB) and the Union Ministry of Science and Technology are organising 'Metamorphosis,' a platform to bring together grassroot innovators and business school students.
This is probably the first time Indian innovators are being offered concrete solutions to make their invention a successful business venture.
The competition has attracted 135 teams of students from various B Schools and IITs from across the country. Of them, 15 teams have been selected for the final round of the competition, which will be held on December 17 at the ISB campus.
The Central government has identified several inventors and supported them with initial funding to develop their idea into a well functioning prototype, according to a release here.
