Beacon driver killed, five injured in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 14 (UNI) A driver of Beacon project died and five others were injured in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.

They said a driver identified as Roshan Lal was found dead in his room at Lawaypora camp under suspicious circumstances.

Police have registered a case and started investigation, they added.

In another incident, five people, travelling in a car were injured when a tipper hit the car at Kralhar in Baramulla district.

The injured were hospitalised.
