Rupee opened firm at 39.36/37 against USD

Mumbai, Dec 13: The Rupee opened firm about four paise at 39.36/37 against US Dollar from its previous close of 39.40/41 per Dollar in the early trade on positve movements in Indian equity market.

The local unit was trading in a tight range with a gap of four to five paise as the market caught between possibilities of foreign buying in the record-setting stock market, dealers said.
