JE arrested while taking bribe in Hazaribagh

Hazaribagh, Dec 13 (UNI) Vigilance sleuths today arrested a junior engineer (JE) from Ichak in the district of Jharkhand while taking bribe.

Acting on a complaint, filed by one Surendra Mehta, the vigilance team caught the JE from his residence here.

Mr Mehta in his complaint alleged that the JE had demanded Rs 10,000 for sanctioning a departmental work.

The vigilance team took the JE to the state capital for further investigation.
