Seng Sun next Malaysian High Comm to India

Singapore, Dec 12: Tan Seng Sun was today appointed as the next High Commissioner of Malaysia to India.

Mr Tan, 54, former Malaysian ambassador to Kazakhstan and former-permanent representative to the United Nations, received the letter of appointment from the Malaysian King Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin in Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Tan has been the Foreign Ministry's deputy secretary-general II since 2005, prior to his current appointment, the Malaysian national news agency Bernama reported.
